Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An integrated hydrologic monitoring system is provided to enable a data collecting device to store weather factor data and hydrologic factor data collected through sensors, thereby directly transmitting the data to a mobile communication terminal of a manager. CONSTITUTION: A hydrologic sensor(112) senses various hydrological factor data. A data collecting device(120) respectively generates weather factor information and weather information and hydrologic information from the hydrological factor data. If the weather information and the hydrologic information are requested from a mobile communication terminal(141), the data collecting device transmits a message including the weather information and the hydrologic information to the mobile communication terminal. A monitoring server(130) generates the weather information and the hydrologic information by receiving the weather factor information and the hydrologic factor information.
