Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An equal light distribution and unpower water cooling type-air cooling type led lamp lighting and the manufacture method of it are provided to obtain a maximum cooling effect of a water and an air cool type by using a cool water and a hot water. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation hole is formed in an upper surface of a lamp(101). A cooling water tank(201) comprises a radiation fane which is formed on an upper part of the lamp. A reflection assembly unit(300) is formed by combining an aluminum heat sink and an aluminum reflector. The stainless corrugated tube(204) and stainless elbow(203) combines the cooling tank and the reflector assembly unit. A projection angle adjusting unit controls the projection angle of reflector assembly unit. Up and down angle adjusting unit controls the projection angle unit and the up and down angle of the lamp.
