Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Water for boiling rice using desalted mineral water derived from deep ocean water and boiled rice using same are provided to offer essential minerals to a body without mineral supplements, and to reduce cholesterol with anti-aging effect. CONSTITUTION: Water for boiling rice is manufactured by dissolving magnesium salt, calcium salt, potassium salt and sodium salt in purified water. The magnesium salt, calcium salt, potassium salt and sodium salt are contained with a ratio of 3:0.5 ~ 1.5:0.5 ~ 1.5:0.5 ~ 1.5, respectively. The hardness of the rice water 100~4000mg / L.
