Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A hybrid welding method is provided to improve the quality of welded parts by reducing property differences and make enough laser beam absorbed during welding by controlling the internal between sheet materials. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid welding method comprises the steps of performing laser welding along a joint part of two steel sheets(10) and performing arc welding on the joint part with a fixed interval to the laser welded part. The laser welding uses laser beam(20) and the arc welding uses arc(31) produced by an arc torch(30), wherein the laser beam and the arc are kept at the fixed interval.
