Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling sample holder of electronic microscope is provided to control usage of key pad which is connected to the controller. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling sample holder of electronic microscope comprises: a X-Y motor controller, an integral control board(11) for transferring control signal to the controller; an integral controller(1) in which a power port(15) is mounted at one side; a controller port(12,13) for connecting an actutator controller and rotation controller; a voltage control dial(21a,21b,21c,21d) which controls voltage supplied to the actuator; and rotation selection button(22a,22b) which controls rotation direction of the rotation motor.
