Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Offset printing ink for security printing is provided to obtain excellent printability, to improve anti-counterfeiting functions, to enable printing using various colors on both sides of a paper, and to be applied to a high speed lithographic press. CONSTITUTION: Offset printing ink for security printing which includes machine readable elements comprises: 60~75 weight% of varnish that is a rosin-modified phenol resin; 10~20 weight of pigment; 5~20 weight% of IR fluorescent material; 7~15 weight% of aliphatic solvent having a high boiling point; 0.2~2 weight% of a tack modifier; and 0.2~1 weight% of a drying agent. The offset printing ink is excited by the infrared ray having a wavelength range of 920~1000 nm and emits light.
