Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An electronic commerce linking system using an interactive advertisement and a method thereof are provided to link electronic commerce with a product to which information is provided. CONSTITUTION: A CDN(Contents Delivery Network) server(510) transmits broadcasting contents and indirect data contents related to the broadcasting contents. An STB(Set-Top Box)(200) receives the broadcasting contents and indirect data contents. The STB transmits the broadcasting contents and a caption component requesting the indirect data contents to an IPTV(Internet Protocol TV). The STB transmits the indirect data contents corresponding to a request signal of the indirect data contents to the IPTV at a point of time when the broadcasting contents are played.
