Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A polyester laminated film, a waterproof window, construction materials, and packing materials using the same are provided to have excellent coherence between a base film and fluorine-based water repellent by raising a coupling reaction between the base film and the fluorine-based water repellent using a fluorine-based binder. CONSTITUTION: A polyester laminated film includes a polyester base film and a coating layer which is coated on one side of the base film and is selected from a fluorine-based water repellent, a fluorine-based binder, and an ammonium-based antistatic agent. The fluorine-based water repellent is marked as a chemical formula 1. The fluorine-based binder is marked as a chemical formula 2. The ammonium-based antistatic agent is marked as a chemical formula 3.
