Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A bottom ash water-retaining block and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to have water-retaining function on a walk road by mixing binding agent, strength enhancer, and vegetable admixture. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing bottom ash water-retaining block comprises: a first step of dividing bottom ash aggregate through sieving separation test; a step of inputting bottom ash aggregate, binding agent, vegetable admixture, and water to obtain bottom ash mixture; a step of inputting the bottom ash mixture to a mold to mold a block; and a step of plasticizing the water-retaining block. The bottom ash water-retaining block contains 5-30 weight% of binding agent based on 100 weight% of aggregate and 1-10 weight% of vegetable admixture based on the binding material.
