Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A top burner and a cooker with the same are provided to reduce the incomplete combustion of a mixed gas supplied to an outer burner by forming a mixing member on the bottom of an outer burner cap. CONSTITUTION: A top burner(200) and a cooker(10) with the same comprise an outer burner, an inner burner, multiple first mixing tubes, second mixing tube, and a mixing member. The outer burner is installed on the upper side of the top plate. The outer burner comprises frame holes forming frame by co, consumption of fixed gas on the rim. The inner burner is installed on the upper side of the outer burner.
