Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily form auxiliary capacity by a transparent pixel electrode and a transparent common electrode arranged with an insulating layer between the transparent pixel electrode and the transparent common electrode. CONSTITUTION: The first and second transparent electrodes(230,240) are partially overlapped. The first insulating layer(250) is interposed between a data line and a gate line(210). The second insulating layer(260) is interposed between the data line and the second transparent electrode. The first insulating layer includes an upper insulating layer(256) and a lower insulating layer(255). The first transparent electrode is interposed between the upper insulating layer and the lower insulating layer.
