CONSTITUTION: An advertisement information DB(310) stores the advertisement-information in which the advertiser and the advertising condition and the advertisement content are included. An advertisement registering system(300) is registered advertisement from advertiser. An advertisement configuring system(330) constitutes the advertisement. A log system(340) records the advertising display result.
