Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A packet transmission device using a plurality of wireless networks is provided to expand a bandwidth in wireless TCP(Transmission Control Protocol) communication by scheduling packet according to a available bandwidth rate after presuming a available bandwidth with a fixed bandwidth and a competitive bandwidth in the wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A packet transmission device includes an available bandwidth estimator(100) and a packet scheduler(200). The available bandwidth estimator presumes an available bandwidth by a fixed bandwidth and a competitive bandwidth of each wireless network. The packet scheduler performs packet scheduling according to the presumed available bandwidth ratio. The available bandwidth estimator includes a fixed bandwidth estimator(110), a competitive bandwidth estimator(120) and an available bandwidth calculator(130).
