ELECTRON BEAM EMISSION APPARATUS FOR RUBBER SPEW PREVENTION OF TIRE TREAD

PURPOSE: An electron beam irradiation apparatus for preventing rubber leakage of a tire tread is provided to minimize the rubber leakage of a tire tread during vulcanization by irradiating an electron beam on a tread part of a green tire before a vulcanization process. CONSTITUTION: An electron beam irradiation apparatus for preventing rubber leakage of a tire tread comprises upper and lower inflation rims(2a,2b), an electron irradiator(3), an electron beam shielding screen(5). The upper and lower inflation rims fix and rotate green various standards of tires at the constant pressure. The electron irradiator is separated from the tread part(1a) of the green tire at fixed intervals. In order not to irradiate electronic beam on the site except the tread part of the green tire, electron beam passing holes(4) of electron beam shielding screen are arranged between the green tire and the electron irradiator.
