Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing grain containing mushroom mycelium and the mushroom mycelium grains are provided to eliminate microorganism producing foul smell by adjusting a moisture content of grains. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing grain containing mushroom mycelium includes the following steps: dipping unpolished grains in water; sterilizing the grains after adjusting a moisture content of the grains to 25 ~ 50%; inoculating mushroom mycelium into the grains; culturing the grains in which the mushroom mycelium is inoculated; drying the grains after cultivation. The mushroom mycelium is Lentinus edodes, Phellinus linteus, Ganoderma lucidum, Poria cocos, Agaricus blazei, Hericium erinaceus, Cordyceps sinensis, Coriolus versicolor, Polyporus umbellatus, Pleurotus ostreatus, Flammulina velutipes, Inonotus obliquus, Grifola frondosa, Tricholoma matsutake or Agrocybe cylindracea etc. |
