Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A digital broadcast receiver and an operation method thereof are provided to make the continued manipulation of a motion recognition input device more easily by changing output characteristic of the output information through the digital broadcasting receiving apparatus by the rotation motion of the motion recognition input device. CONSTITUTION: A digital broadcasting receiving apparatus enters into a motion recognition mode(S100). The digital broadcasting receiving apparatus receives a signal toward the movement of a motion recognition input device(S110). The digital broadcasting receiving apparatus varies the output characteristic of the outputted output information according to the received signal(S120). The digital broadcasting receiving apparatus displays the image showing the transient state of the output characteristic(S130).
