Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A cylinder head integrated ventilation system for a vehicle is provided to prevent the leakage of a blow-by gas by integrally forming a ventilation system and a cylinder head cover. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder head integrated ventilation system for a vehicle comprises a body part(200), a first oil division part(300), a second oil division part(400) and a PCV(Pressure Control Valve) controlling part(500). The body part is into one body formed with a cylinder head cover(100). The body portion comprises a blow-by gas ingress port, a blow-by gas exhaust port, a PCV joint, a first store and second store. The first store and the second store discharge the minute oil included in the blow-by gas within the cylinder head. The first oil division part comprises a plurality of holes and a rotational plate. The second oil division part comprises a plurality of fine holes and a rotational plate. The PCV joint is combined in a PCV joint to a PCV cap.
