APPARATUS FOR INPUTTING HANDWRITING AND METHOD FOR DRIVING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A handwriting input device and an operation method thereof are provided to maximize usability of a handwriting input recognition device by digitalizing a user's handwriting which is inputted once anytime again. CONSTITUTION: The first substrate(110) comprises a handwriting input unit for performing a handwriting input. The handwriting input unit comprises a plurality of switch modules(120). The second substrate(130) is combined in the lower part of the first substrate and outputs a user handwriting data signal according to a plurality of switch modules switching by the handwriting input. The second substrate comprises a semiconductor substrate, the first and second lines which are crossed each other, a plurality of switches, a driving unit providing a driving signal provided from outside to first lines, a detection unit detecting the driving signal outputted through the second lines, and ADC(Analog-Digital Converter).
