Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A launching system for a vessel constructed on land using an auto tension retainer of a mooring rope is provided to tighten or loosen a mooring rope automatically by measuring the tension of the mooring rope. CONSTITUTION: A launching system for a vessel using an auto tension retainer of a mooring rope comprises a vessel(100) constructed on land and a barge(200) which loads the vessel in order to launch the vessel to above the sea. A casing is formed on each corner of the barge and projected above the sea level when the vessel is launched. A mooring rope(300) is connected between the casing and the vessel. An auto tension retainer elastically supports or cuts the mooring rope installed in the casing.
