Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A transgenic mouse in which CIIA protein is overexpressed and a method for producing the same are provided to ensure excellence resistance to neural cell apoptosis and to use as an animal model for developing therapeutic agent for neurodegenerative diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a transgenic mouse in which CIIA protein is overexpressed comprises: a step of inserting the CIIA gene between a chick beta-actin promoter and rabbit beta-globin poly A in pCAGGS vector to obtain an expression vector; a step of administering gonadotrophin to a mouse to induce superovulation; a step of inserting the expression vector to a nucleus of a fertilized egg; and a step of transplanting the fertilized egg to uterine tube of a female mouse. The gonadrotrophin is pregnant mare's serum gonadotrophin(PMSG), human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG), or mixture thereof.
