Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An optimal power usage in encoding data streams is provided to optimally use the power by comparing the amount of available power and the critical value. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) comprises an encoder(140) and a power management module(180). The encoder encodes data stream. The power management module shows the amount of available power. If the amount of power is a critical value or greater, the encoder encodes the data stream with the usage of the first encoding technique. If the electric energy is the critical value or less, the encoder encodes the data stream with the use of the second encoding technique.
