Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A scale removing device is provided to reduce the time to remove scale by accurately setting parts on a cart according to curvature. CONSTITUTION: A scale removing device comprises a base(10), a driving unit(20), a scale remove unit(30), a driven unit(40), a magnetic force generating unit. A magnet(52) of the magnetic force generation unit is arranged to the designated angle. The magnetic generates the constant magnetic force about inner and outer curvature radius of the steel pipe. A front wheel(FW) and a drive rear wheel(RW) are safely transferred and intimated to the inner and outer circumference of the steel pipe. The direction of the front wheel with the caster is changed with the control of the third drive motor(M3) of the steering control unit.
