Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A clutch disc assembly of a hybrid vehicle is provided to enable a powder cap to prevent the leakage of the steel and rust powder due to the friction and abrasion of a part. CONSTITUTION: A clutch disc assembly of a hybrid vehicle comprises an interface ring, a hub plate, a disc plate(233), a sub plate, a hub(234), a first torsion spring(236) and a second torsion spring(238). The hub plate is connected to the interface ring and comprises a plurality of slit hole formed in the circumferential direction. An axial through-hole is formed at the center of the hub plate. The disc plate and the sub plate are installed at both sides of the hub plate. Each of the disc plate and the sub plate corresponds to the slit hole of the hub plate and comprises a plurality of slit holes formed in the circumferential direction. The disc plate and the sub plate comprise an axial through hole on the center, respectively. The hub passes the hub plate and the axial through holes of the disc and sub plates. The hub is connected to the disc and sub plates. The first torsion spring, a torsion rubber(237) and the second torsion spring are located in the plurality of slit holes. A powder cap seals the parts at which the first torsion spring, the torsion rubber and the second torsion spring are arranged, in the circumferential direction.
