Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Injection molding apparatus and method are provided to effectively prevent a filling imbalance in a plurality of cavities by changing cavity volume depending on the filling state of the melted resin of each cavity. CONSTITUTION: An injection molding apparatus comprises an injection mold(110,120), a plurality of sensors(201,202) and a controller(400). The injection mold comprise a plurality of cavities(111,112) and a plurality of pressing portions(121,122). The pressing portions operate to change each volume of the cavities. The sensors are installed at the injection mold. Sensors measure the inner state of each cavity. According to eacch inner state of the cavities measured by the sensors, the controller operates the pressing portions, respectively.
