MICROFLUIDIC CHIP USING HYDROPHILLIC FILM

PURPOSE: A micro fuidic chip, and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to simply manufacture the chip with a low manufacturing cost, and to move fluid using a hydrophilic film without a separate driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A micro fuidic chip(10) comprises the following: a first substrate(21) including a sample inlet unit(11) and a discharging unit(16); a hydrophilic film(17) attached to the lower side of the first substrate to induce the movement of a sample inserted from a sample injection unit; and a second substrate as a base substrate for laminating the first substrate and the hydrophilic film. A manufacturing method of the micro fuidic chip comprises a step of forming the first substrate with the micro fuidic chip, and a step of adhering the first substrate, the second substrate, and the hydrophilic film.
