Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A seawater exchanging facility using an inclined overflow block is provided to reduce seawater pollution within a harbor using a different water level of an undercurrent and the harbor. CONSTITUTION: A seawater exchanging facility using an inclined overflow block comprises an inclined overflow block(10), an undercurrent block(20), and a waterway(30). Waves are overflowed because of the inclined surface(110) of the inclined overflow block. The undercurrent block stores the overflowed seawater, and has a partition(220). The waterway is located lower than the water surface within a harbor, and is downward inclined. And the waterway guides the seawater.
