VIBRATION MONITERING AND DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM FOR LARGE POWER TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE: A vibration monitoring and diagnosing system for a transformer is provided to efficiently manage the vibration of a transformer by obtaining and analyzing a vibration signal for the operation of the transformer. CONSTITUTION: A vibration sensor is attached to a transformer body(1). The vibration sensor is an accelerometer. A spectrum analysis unit(2) draws the vibration size of the frequency from the output of the vibration sensor. A database(3) stores the output of the spectrum analysis unit. A vibration signal equalizing unit generates graded data for a vibration signal based on the output of the spectrum analysis unit. A remote manager or remote manager computer(6) receives graded data through a communication network(5).
