CONSTITUTION: An EGFR(epidermal growth factor receptor)-specific antigen binding site comprises H-CDR1 sequence of sequence number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7; H-CDR2 sequence of sequence number 8, 9 10, 11, 12, 13, or 14; H-CDR3 sequence of sequence number 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 or 21; L-CDR1 sequence of sequence number 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, or 28; L-CDR2 sequence of sequence number 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, or 35; or L-CDR3 sequence of sequence number 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41 or 42; or fragments having antigen binding activity of a peptide as a fragment of each CDR peptide sequence; and mutant having 80% or more homology with CDR peptide sequence and antigen binding activity of CDR peptide sequence.
