Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A dual plate type organic electro-luminescent device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the light emitting efficiency of an organic light emitting layer by forming embossing on the exposed surface of a buffer pattern. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(105) opposes to a second substrate(110). A switching transistor is located on the cross point between a gate wiring and a data wiring. A driving transistor is connected to the switching transistor. A connection electrode(170) is connected to the drain electrode of the driving transistor. An auxiliary electrode(160) is formed on the lower side of the second substrate to be corresponded to the data wiring. A first electrode(180) is formed on the auxiliary electrode. A buffer pattern(162) includes embossing which is formed on the lower side of the first electrode. An organic light emitting layer(182) is contacted to the first electrode. A second electrode(184) is contacted to the organic light emitting layer.
