Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A mobile IP radio service providing system and a providing method thereof are provided to enable users to listen radio broadcast by a mobile terminal through an internet communications network by changing broadcast data transmitted through a mobile communications network in order that the broadcast data is suitable for the data transmission type of the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A radio broadcast web server(100) provides broadcast data. A streaming server(200) provides streaming service of the broadcast data. A transcoder(300) changes the broadcast data received from the streaming server to transmission format data suitable for the data transmission type of a mobile terminal. A mobile telecom company server(400) provides the profile of the mobile terminal to the transcoder. An mobile terminal(900) includes a mobile IP(Internet Protocol) radio application which receives the transmission format data through a communications network.
