Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A biodegradable film is provided to ensure excellent mechanical property using a peroxide-based high temperature initiator and to improve biodegradability and heat adhesive strength of a film using plasticized starch. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable resin composition comprises 10-40 parts by weight of aliphatic/aromatic copolyester resin and 10-50 parts by weight of polylactic acid based on 100.0 parts by weight of the biodegradable resin composition; 0.01-2.0 parts by weight of peroxide-based high temperature initiator based on 100.0 parts by weight of a mixture of the aliphatic/aromatic copolyester resin and polylactic acid; 10-50 parts by weight of starch based on 100.0 parts by weight of the biodegradable resin composition; and 1-10 parts by weight of starch plasticizer, 0.1-5 parts by weight of starch destructive agent, and 0.1-3.0 parts by weight of compatibilizer based on 100.0 parts by weight of starch.
