Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to easily operate a replacement or maintenance of a lamp by opening and closing a sheet box skeleton through the rotation of a lock member. CONSTITUTION: A lamp box is buried in a ceiling. A lamp(120) is arranged in the open space part of the lamp box. A first hinge member is fixed to the inner surface of the open space part of the lamp box. A sheet box skeleton(200) is arranged under the lamp box. A connecting member interlinks the edge of the sheet box skeleton. One side of a support bracket(210) is connected to the first hinge member. One side of the lock member(220) is connected to the top surface of the sheet box skeleton to be rotatable. A stretch sheet(300) surrounds the floor side and the side of the sheet box skeleton.
