| Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus of searching a cell in an asynchronous mobile communication system are provided to perform cell search not sensitive to a frequency error, thereby improving performance of cell search. CONSTITUTION: The SSC(Secondary Synchronization Code) correlation unit(310) inversely spreads a receiving signal corresponding to the first symbol zone by a z-sequence. The PSC(Primary Synchronization Code) correlation unit(320) inversely spreads the receiving signal by a PSC. A dot product(330) outputs a correlation result about the secondary synchronization code. A frame synchronization detector detects frame synchronization information from the correlation result. |
