Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for grain syrup containing tea leaves is provided to improve beneficial effects of the grain syrup by including vitamins and complex polysaccharides which are good for not only general people but also diabetic patients. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for grain syrup containing tea leaves comprises the following steps: making the sugar content of 0~2 brix and 40~80% of the fermentation rates of the tea leaves by fermenting the tea leaves of 48 hours; making the leaves to a powder type with a machine on which a mesh sieve of 150~180 is equipped; boiling 85~90 parts by weight of the water and 10~15 parts by weight of the leaves powder; making malt water by mixing the water and malt; boiling the water; and stirring compositions with a rod or a spatula to make the sugar content of 30~60 brix.
