Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A moving method using a tower crane with an additional function and a device thereof are provided to improve productivity, economic benefit, and release burden due to the use of a lot of construction equipment by transferring waste or the soil stone. CONSTITUTION: A moving apparatus using a tower crane comprises a hydraulic device(70) and a bucket(90). The hydraulic device is connected to a trolley(20) which moves forward and backwater along a main gib(10) of a tower crane(T). The hydraulic device is formed in a movable hook(60) and is operated by a power supply unit. The hydraulic device is controlled by two-way communication from a cabin(80). The bucket is hooked on the movable hook and is operated by the hydraulic device.
