Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An insert for an aluminum form is provided to prevent an insert upper body from being fallen down by securely fixing the insert upper body to a form. CONSTITUTION: An insert for an aluminum form comprises an insert upper body, an insert lower body, and a fixing tool. The insert upper body comprises a cover body, an anchor nut, and an upper body. The cover body in which the anchor nut is inserted is inserted into the insert upper body. A hollow that an anchor bolt is inserted is formed in the bottom of the insert upper body. The insert lower body has a flat plate of a metal material and a fitting protrusion. A fitting protrusion is formed on the top of the flat plate, and fitted to the insert upper body. The fixing tool is installed to conveniently construct the insert upper body.
