Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A heater with a built-in automatic voltage regulator is provided to automatically detect DC voltage of DC power voltage system and monitor low voltage state. CONSTITUTION: An automatic voltage regulator(20) for an electric heater automatically detects DC voltage of voltage system regardless of flow of DC power voltage. A control circuit(30) generates lamp control signal and relay control signal according to voltage sensed through sensing circuit. A switch(40) is connected to a starting line powder of a vehicle. The switch switches turn on/off of a fan, strength/weakness of fan discharge, and on/off of the heater. A relay(50) turns off the heater based on setting of the fan discharge.
