Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An internal heat exchanger with dual pipes is provided to improve heat transfer performance of refrigerant by forming an outer pipe of a round pipe, forming an inner pipe of a spiral pipe, and forming a serration on the inner circumference. CONSTITUTION: An internal heat exchanger with dual pipes comprises an inner pipe(110) and an outer pipe(120). Refrigerant flowing along the inner flow path of the inner pipe and refrigerant flowing along the inner flow path of the outer pipe are heat-exchanged by coupling the outer pipe on the outer circumference of the inner pipe using a dual structure. The outer pipe is formed of a round pipe. The inner flow path of the outer pipe is spirally formed.
