Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An environment-friendly and bio-disintegrable slow-release coated fertilizer is provided to improve elution characteristic of a fertilizer component by coating a mixed resin of a polyolefin resin and a polyolefin resin that is a biodegradable poly latex acid. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly and bio-disintegrable slow-release coated fertilizer is produced by the steps of: preparing a film by mixing a polyolefin resin, ethylene-acetic acid vinyl acetate copolymer, inorganic material, polylactic acid(PLA), and surfactant; and coating a film on the fertilizer. A weight ratio of ethylene-acetic acid vinyl acetate copolymer to polyolefin resin is 4:1.
