Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a polymer suitable as a softening agent for a polylactic acid resin, which utilizes a component derived from a plant oil, can soften a polylactic acid resin while keeping the transparency of the polylactic acid resin, and is reduced in the bleeding out (extraction) from the polylactic acid resin. Also disclosed is a resin mixture comprising the resin composition and a polylactic acid resin. Further disclosed is a film or sheet comprising the resin mixture. The polymer (C) has an epoxidized plant oil segment (A) and a polylactic acid segment (B). The resin mixture comprises a mixture of the polymer (C) and a polylactic acid resin (D) at the following mixing ratio: (C)/(D) = 10/90 to 50/50 (by mass).
