Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A clamp assembly and a pressure vessel with the same are provided to improve both the installation and removal operations of the clamp assembly by employing a fitting member, which ensures a high sealing pressure that can be removed with a gunpowder explosion. CONSTITUTION: A clamping member(210) with a circular band shape has two ends, which can move towards each other or move away from each other. A fitting member(220) with a concave portion is inserted between the ends of the clamping member in order to support the load between the ends. The fitting member can be opened by gunpowder(230), which is arranged in the concave portion. An explosion induction unit(240) is connected to the gunpowder to cause the gunpowder to explode. Sealing parts(223) are formed on both ends of the fitting member.
