MUSHROOM CULTIVATING SYSTEM AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A mushroom cultivating system and a cultivation method thereof are provided to improve quality of mushroom while drastically increasing the productivity of the mushroom based on the detected oxygen/carbon dioxide concentration and standard respiratory quotient of the mushroom. CONSTITUTION: A mushroom cultivating system comprises the following step: detecting the oxygen concentration of a mushroom cultivation chamber in a first sensor module(902); detecting the carbon dioxide concentration with a second sensor module(904); converting the received oxygen concentration and the carbon dioxide concentration to the oxygen gas concentration and the carbon dioxide gas concentration with a respiratory quotient measuring block(906); generating a control signal adjusting the supplying amount of oxygen; adjusting the respiratory quotient of the mushroom cultivation chamber; dispersing the oxygen to the mushroom cultivation chamber with an air-blowing unit(916); displaying the converted carbon dioxide gas concentration and the measured respiratory quotient; and storing converted carbon dioxide gas concentration and the measured respiratory quotient with a memory block(910).
