Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A headrest for a vehicle with hybrid functions is provided to move in every direction and rotate in a left and a right direction according a user's physical conditions. CONSTITUTION: A headrest for a vehicle with hybrid functions comprises a headrest, a hollow center housing(24), a swing actuator(26), an X-axis rail, a shift actuator(44), and a Y-axis rail(58). The headrest is installed on the upper end of the seat back. A pole(22) is installed on the lower part of the headrest. The center housing has a pole lower part. The swing actuator is installed on one side of the center housing and provides the torque of reverse direction and forward direction against the pole. The X-axis rail is coupled on the lower part of the center housing. The shift actuator is installed on the other side of the X-axis rail. The Y-axis is coupled on the rear side of the shift actuator.
