CONSTITUTION: A folding seat for a vehicle comprises a seat(20), a driving part(40), a seat leg(27), a seat back, a drive transmitter(50), and a rail assembly(30). The driving part is installed on the seat and supplies driving force. The seat leg supports the seat. The seat leg is folded by the driving part. The seat back is rotated by the driving part. The drive transmitter transfers the driving force of the driving part to the seat back. The rail assembly is connected to the seat leg and guides the movement of the seat leg.
