Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for isolating stem cells of high activity from human stem cells is provided to isolate stem cells from mesenchymal stem cells and develop cell therapeutic agent of high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating stem cells of high activity from human stem cells comprises: a step of forming sphere from the human stem cells; and a step of separating the sphere and cell which does not contains sphere. The formation of sphere is performed in a low adhesive petri dish and bovine serum free medium. The bovine serum free medium is a DMEM which does not contain bovine serum. The stem cells are mesoderm stem cells. A cell therapeutic agent for forming adipocyte, osteoblast, muscular cell, nerve cell or cardiac muscle cell contains the stem cells of high activity.
