Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method and a system for mail flow quality management and mail process management are provided to controls the priority over the works for the mails. CONSTITUTION: A distribution receiving device(100) attaches label information to each distribution container, and calculate the distribution quantity for a vessel where the articles are loaded. A distribution classification work control device(300) obtains the label information attached to the vessel when the vessel is registered in the distribution center. The distribution classification work control device determines the working order for each facility based on the obtained label information.
