Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Breathable and water-proof materials laminated with electrospun nanoweb partially coated with polyurethane dispersion and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer durability and water resistance of the electrospun nanoweb. CONSTITUTION: Breathable and water-proof materials include polyester-based base fabric, electrospun nanoweb laminated on the polyester-based base fabric, and a waterborne polyurethane layer which is coated on electrospun nanoweb for surface treatment. The polyester-based base fabric is 100% polyester plain weave fabric. The electrospun nanoweb is electrospinning polyurethanes nanoweb of 10~20 μm thickness. The waterborne polyurethane contains dimethylol propionic acid, triethylamine, and ethylenediamine.
