Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) stereoscopic display device is provided to form a stereographic shape by passing the light through a 45 degrees region and a 135 degrees region of a wire grid polarizer. CONSTITUTION: A cathode(120) is formed on a first substrate(110). An electron injection layer(130) is formed on the cathode. An electron transport layer(140) is formed on the electron injection layer. A light emitting layer(150) is formed on the electron transport layer. A hole transport layer(160) is formed on the light emitting layer. A hole injection layer(170) is formed on the hole transport layer. An anode(180) is formed on the hole injection layer. A wire grid polarizer(190) is arranged on the anode. A second substrate(200) is arranged on the wire grid polarizer.
