Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A service quality parameter setting method for guaranteeing the reliability of a wireless communication is provided to report the improper of the service quality to a BS(Base Station) and detect the improper of the service quality parameter. CONSTITUTION: A configuration message including a service quality parameter is received for guaranteeing QoS(Quality of Service)(S100). The UE detects the adequacy whether or not of the service quality parameter(S110). In case it is detected to be improper of the service quality parameter, it looks at about the inappropriateness of the service quality parameter and UE transmits a message(S120). The UE receives a message the reset message [reconfiguration message] including the new service quality parameter(S140). An RRC(Radio Resource Control) message is transmitted.
