Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A polyamide nanocomposition is provided to ensure excellent flexural strength, flexural modulus, tensile strength, impact strength, and heat deformation temperature and to secure electroconductivity and low surface resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a polyamide nanocomposition comprises the steps of: injecting a polyamide resin and clay in a twin screw extruder; mixing the polyamide resin and clay and then melting and compressing the mixture at the temperature higher than a melting temperature of the polyamide resin; rotating shafts of the continuous twin screw extruder in a specified direction to discontinuously and uniformly disperse plate-like clay platelets within the polyamide resin; heating at the temperature higher than the dispersion step and discharging a composition from the continuous twin screw extruder; and cooling the discharged material to obtain a polyamide nano composition with a heat deformation temperature of at least 110 °C.
